Summary of training sessions organized in April

We present to you the 3 trainings held in the Women’s Resource Center during the month of April.

On April 4 and 11, the trainings on “Policy Issue Identification” were held at the WRC. The training covered both theoretical knowledge and practical exercise helping the participants shape a proper understanding of the concept of policy, the stages of the policy issue identification, and the formulation of the policy proposals.

The topic of the second training is “Working with the Executive/Legislators”. The course was for CSO representatives and discussed the decision-making procedure in the government and the National Assembly, the main bodies in that chain, the influence points within the executive, and what available tools CSOs can use to work with executive and legislative bodies.

On April 28, the “Social Inclusion” training was held at the WRC office. The objective of the training is to familiarize the participants with the idea of social inclusion and the formation of organizational culture with this ideology.

The trainings are conducted by the Women’s Resource Center with the support of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).
