Launch of the second round of capacity building trainings

The Women’s Resource Center is pleased to announce that for the 2nd year in a row, we have launched a series of capacity-building and internal stability trainings for CSOs working on women’s rights and gender equality.

Two training sessions were organized in March.

The topic of the first training is “Strategic Plan Development.” The goals of the training are to get to know the need and importance of developing a strategic plan for the organization, to carry out an analysis of the organization, to develop strategic goals, and to develop a strategy to achieve organizational goals.

The topic of the second training is “Strategic Communication.” The goal is to familiarize the participating organizations with the principles and working theories of communication, outline the idea-plan of communication and discuss the resources for the implementation of the idea.

The trainings are implemented with the support of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA).
